The following paper was delivered at a conference held at Gutenberg College during the summer of 2013. It is obviously dated, but the issues Jack discusses in this paper are even more relevant today than they were in 2013. While much has happened in the intervening years that may have altered Jack's outlook and perspective in various subtle ways, yet he would still maintain the main gist of what he is saying in this paper. Since a number of people have asked for access to this paper, we have decided to make it available here.
